I guess you made some mistakes when you made the long distance call by cards. Check if it is your fault, you have less opportunity to ask your money back. If not, call bell and you will get what you want. I had such bad experience in March and fortunately I got my money back.:wink:

Normally what you said the basic function of bell does not mean you cannot make a long distance call. It just say you cannot get the good price as if you buy their long distance call plan. Be careful, without bell's plan, the long distance rate of bell is very very expensive.:frown:

虽然你开户的时候是要基本服务，但是长途都还是通着的，所以一定要跟他们讲不要长途的服务，我以前roommate就这样偷打国际长途，打了300多刀然后就溜了。

我正联系scc电话卡公司能给我提供证据，在那时，电话是用卡打的。假如证明电话就是自己打的，只能花钱买教训了。假如不是，再投诉，希望有好结果。
