I also urgently want to know the answer of the question? I came to Vancouver from Beijing in Oct. Now nearly two months passed. I have heard that it is required to land in Montreal within 3 months after landing in Canada. So now who can kindly provide us some advice? Thanks!

这个话题在这里是老生常谈了。鉴于这两天因线路问题，本站访问速度受到严重影响。所以，简单回答如下：
1、联邦移民可以来魁北克！不需要额外办理任何文件！
2、如果在Landing 3个月内，来魁北克，所享受的福利待遇跟有CSQ的魁北克移民相同。包括读Cofi和上学领Bursary/Loan。
