也有一种说法，胃溃疡98％是因为幽门螺旋杆菌引起的。

If H. pylori positive, Use triple therapy. (can be cured)

1. Losec (Omeprazole) 20 mg BID, Clarithromycin 500mg BID and Amoxicillin 1000mg BID. all for 7 days.

2. If allergic to Amoxicillin, use Clarithromycin 250mg Bid and metronidazole 500mg Bid, Losec same. all for 7 days.

Sounds like you get a GERD (gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). If yes, use losec 20-40mg od for 2-4 weeks---> reponse--->continue for 4-8 wks. Or you can buy OTC medications. Famotidine 10mg bid or Ranitidine 75mg bid. however, their efficacy are limited by the rapid development of tachyphylaxis.

I would suggest you see your Dr ASAP once you get your health card to rule out red flags.
