No, because the lawyer already spend his time, his energy and use his experience and knowledge to do something for you. If he didn't success, it doesn't mean he's no good, may be because your case is too weak or you didn't tell him the whole story honestly.............

如果涉及一定金额的CLAIM的纠纷，是否可以成功才收费？比如成功后我按纠纷额支付一定比例的费用？
Possible if the case is working under percebtage basis; but noy every lawyer accept this condition.
