[电脑] 打开网页速度慢是什么问题？

请教电脑高手：我上网（用bell-sympatico）浏览器打开网页速度很慢，数据表明：连接速度46000bps,收到字节树2，000，000 左右，发出字节数却有5,000,000左右。怎么会发出字节那么多呢？但是下载速度还可以。请问有可能是哪方面出问题？谢谢！

cookie la. if you visit a new site, that site may retrive some info from your pc. but 2nd time you visit it, the speed should increase.

I have the same the problem, as you. i use the VIF.
for me, at midnight it is o.k. but at daytime,most of time is very slow. I also do not know the exact reason?
Any expert here?
