我在TASCHEREAU上通过AUTEUIL十字路口时是黄灯，我的时速大约70公里，我没有停车，警察把我拦下，开了TICKET，上面注明我通过十字路口时是黄灯，没有扣我的POINT，罚款95刀。请问这种情况可以抗诉吗？

Unfortunately, this is part of Brossard. The court schedule is not busy and if you go to court, the police officer will be there. With that being said, there is almost no chance for you. Instead, you have to pay extra for the admin charges if you go to court.

Since there is no point reduction, I would suggest that you just pay for the ticket and get over it.

我在十字路口前在另一辆车后等绿灯。绿灯亮后等直行通过后再确认是绿灯后左转。停车在加油站，警察过来说我和后面的另一辆车闯红灯，并给罚单154，扣3分。我很奇怪，再次问车上的太太和5岁儿子。太太说我们过时候是绿灯，儿子说过的时候是绿灯，但车身转过来的时候变成了黄灯。罚单上警察写着确定我违章的证据是“通过估计”(by estimation)，而且警察名字上没有签字。当时我奇怪地问我后面吃罚单的人，怎么回事，我没闯灯，他说他也不知道，他只是跟着我的车。我估计他们是根据我后面那辆车违章就认为我也违章了。我当时转弯的速度比较慢，因为启动慢，车上又有孩子，可能在路口耽搁了一点点时间。我已经把上述情况填在告票上给他们了，准备讨个说法。

请指点，我该如何打这个官司？
