[其他] HELP!!!!! SPONSER A CHILD WITH NO HUKOU, WASN'T DECLARED IN HIS MOTHER'S APP

The child was not declared when his mother was sponsorred and he got no HuKou, only a birth certificate.
I know when a family member was not declared in a sponsorship application, he or she can no longer be sponsorred by law, I also know there are ways to do it especially when it is a little child, (the child is two years old).
Does anyone know how to do this kind of special sponsorship, I heard there is a special way.

I was not married when I apply for PR. I did not declare my marital status change when I was landed. Now I just found out I cannot sponsor him forever. He's not qualified for skilled-worker. I don't know how to get him here, in CA. Very hard time!

Anybody knows how to solve my problem, please?
