支持SONGHUAYE的斗争精神。不只是中国人，如果消费者都忍气吞声，销售者就会把所有的正常损失转嫁给普通的小消费者。
为什么要相互嘲笑。就算内心中可能COSTCO的管理人员对我们这样的小消费者心存讥笑，但是他们将来就不敢轻易频繁的欺骗和侮辱我们，特别是我们的样貌标明我们是移民。弱者不是天生的，做强者要靠自己去争取。
另外建议SONGHUA YE申请COSTCO的信用卡，如果他们不给你退货，你就把货单独放好，然后书面通知他们你要求退货。然后在你付款时，扣掉你要退货的那部分钱，通知信用卡公司你支付的金额，如果COSTCO不服，就让他们来追着你讨。你就主动了。

I have two Costco American Express cards. One is cash rebate, one is air mails. I will follow your instruction to deal with them.

I met another Chinese depanneur owner in Costco that day. He was refued too by the same guy, Simon Poulet,  when he tried return cigar too. I called him yesterday, he told me that Madame Leo, manager of Simon called him a few days ago, she said that NO problem for return cigar products at all in Costco. She said that she did not think Costco would change its policy toward returns. She said that the mistakes had been corrected.
She also mentioned that if there is problem with return, call her and she will fix the problem.

Thank again for all of you who pay attention and time to my problem.

By the way, I am getting along very well with Costco employees in Laval. Right now they know me and I know almost everyone there. I smile to them and they smile to me too.
