Me too.
我喜欢"sun huk" to make steamed rice.
To make flavored rice, I use basmati rice. It is a bit more expensive but it tastes better.

黄河以北的人吃米都吃圆米，因为李鸿章屯垦的是安徽系粳米，随后日本人推广的日本系和随军南下的朝鲜人种植的朝鲜系（蓬莱米）也是圆米。北方人心目中的米是透明无垩白的，带绿色，芦苇香味的为上品，比如50年代以前的小站米。不喜欢籼米，包括香米。据说籼米蛋白质含量更高，不知确否。

If you take high way 15 South, you can take Sherbrooke exit. Then make a left at the exit (on Sherbrooke). At the second light (Decarie), turn right and the store is about 200 meters away from the intersection on your right. You will see the sign for Play It Again Sports and a parking lot on your right. You won't miss it.
