election -for all chinese-canadian in verdun district

aim: to merge to one powerful force
Because the conservative current policies and parti quebecoise traditional policies to China and chinese canadian , i think many fellows will dicard them.
now only Liberal and NDP, both are ok. but we should choose one, and only one, only in this way, the number of voters can be powerful and influence the result.
So, which one?
it's better that which is in potencial lead in both.(it's beeter to get this data)
for now, I choose Liberal.
