已经定了1月底的package，却刚刚发现儿子的中国护照今年7月初到期，已经不足半年的有效期，但更换护照也来不及了，因此请问有没有人知道，入古巴海关是否需要护照半年有效期的规定？

There`s a Cuba Tourism Office somewhere downtown, can't find their web page right now.  See if u can find it yourself, then double check with them.

非常感谢你！
但我现在已搬到多伦多，所以没办法去Montreal找你说的古巴旅游机构了。
这两天为这事很纠结，搜索了很多信息，都得不到确切答案，主要找不到官方说法。今天还给中国驻古巴使馆和古巴驻加拿大的使馆分别写了邮件，不知道会不会回复。中国驻多伦多领事馆和古巴驻多伦多领事馆的电话基本上打不通，打通了也是播放的电话录音。
事已至此，只能走一趟试一下了，行不行到时候给大家汇报。在这里也提醒有孩子的家长，一定要经常留意孩子的护照或其他证件的有效期，像我们这次，也实在太粗心了，幸亏还没过期，如果真过期了，我们还不知道，到时候跑到机场才发现，就更惨了。

The~OFFICIAL place is http://gocuba.ca.  "Welcome to the official Website of the Cuba Tourist Board in Canada. . . . . "  There should be info on their office in Toronto, search their web.

The OFFICIAL answer u need (确切答案+官方说法 from their Tourism Board in Montreal):
1.  Chinese passport valid for 1 month AFTER your flight departure date from Cuba, +
("Canadian passport should be valid for at least one week after the return date" Feel better now?! :cool: )
2.  Proof of ability to return to Canada (that`s what your flight ticket is for), I didn't ask the details, so your ~Maple Leave card, immigration paper or whatever, I assume.

Call your Toronto office to reconfirm.
