电话线路出故障，他们答应当天派人来修，可是两天过去了，又打N次电话给Bell，鬼影都不见，郁闷。。。，请各位支个招，怎么能够尽快解决。

Call them again.  No $ needed to call Bell from public phone booth.

Most likely, they misplaced your order or somthing.  If u can call in morning, they may come in afternoon, else next Monday.  Good luck!
