填1人,实际上就是lease有名字的,除了你和你家那位以外,还有几个人就填几,如果合租那位名字不在lease上面,就不用填.

if the parents live with the owner, what is the answer? yes or no on the line 48. and how about answer on line 52 ?

Do you live with your spouse?  YES.

Are you the only person in your dwellingto meet the eligibility requirements for the credit?   NO.

Do you live in an eligible dwellingof which you are the owner, tenant or subtenant?   YES

Do you live in an eligible dwelling of which your spouse is the owner, tenant or subtenant?  这里答什么? 夫妻住在同一所房子里. 这和上一问是同一住所还是说另外一个住所?

=>我不肯定，是以租赁合同计算 或以谁付房租计算 或以合住计算 (丈妻只算1个）。"Tenant or subtenant'      RQ 的定义是     "The person responsible for paying the rent"。

孩子收到团结税20几块每月，我的是0,说我收入超了，是真的么？
