Fast-pacing logistics company is recruiting new staff who is responsibile and self-initiative to join the ocean import team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with overseas offices / agents
Open files
Pre-alert handling
Daily tracing of ports & railing schedule
Update clients
Prepare manifest and invoice
Arrange delivery
Assist office daily routine

QUALIFICATIONS

• one year of experience as import coordinator preferred" y( k9 Y$ O |7 p1 u! W
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
3 b3 O" s* ]- ~7 Q; q• Excellent written and verbal communication skills0 U4 o' F, w" n7 X1 Q+ o5 M& A! b
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

English is the principal language for this position. French / Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel.

WORKING HOURS

Normal working hours for this position - Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm.
