CIK Telecom is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Canada, offering High Speed Internet, Digital Home Phone and IPTV. CIK is registered as a licensed carrier with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) since 2003. CIK headquarters is located in Toronto and has offices in Montreal, Vancouver, and overseas. We are looking for friendly, responsible, enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team.

Job Description: Answer customer questions of sales and billing, help customers to place the orders over the phone or in office, help configure and shipping boxes.

Requirements: Fluent English, Mandarin and French, experience in customer service would be asset
