About JCer Restaurant

Gold Finance's JCer Restaurant is introducing to the entire world the exquisite Chinese (Hangzhou) food culture, with its first stop in Canada.

Chef Yuan has just arrived from Hangzhou, bringing with him an interesting cooking experience. Not long ago, he participated to an international conference in Wuzhen, and together with his senior Master Chef, he had provided food services to state leaders. In order to introduce his beloved exquisite food and culture to Canada, in line with the main objective of the Gold Finance's JCer Restaurant, he told us: “I will use the freshest ingredients to prepare home-style dishes and this is how we will ensure a simple and pure fun cuisine”.

JCer is located in downtown Montreal and it is an upscale restaurant, targeting high-end customers. The Restaurant will not only provide China’s most authentic Huaiyang (Jiangsu Province) cuisine, but also the most original Taiwanese hot pot.
