Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.' b$ c0 }* M7 f: g
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file6 _7 g: @# ^$ W6 _" @
Ensure all client special instructions are followed : X' Q* _' |2 w- \4 t# q
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work ' o% H7 t& s8 [3 [; e
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status. h( s. E/ R9 q& D/ ?# D2 a3 U
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status. t8 {* k$ }5 W6 b1 k e- B+ `1 @
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner.% V2 h0 t& @$ a* U' l1 v+ T6 z
Follow up on client’s reports 4 g# B- B5 x' d' t. s! G# W
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents. j# a1 h E% j6 H
Maintain customer profiles , U1 p. u! i% b, ^9 ]& R

Minimum 3 years related experience; 0 X- Q8 T& E3 ` \7 i f8 @' Z
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset ' r0 J$ S5 c, Q( X% w
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)3 M$ q: \6 G; Y* u# s
Strong customer service skills1 [% X- |2 P, ?' }3 u/ v
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines7 J# M% I8 u; F
