R$ h8 |On a day to day basis, you will: - e# b- C Y Y" `9 a" W- }-Lead maintenance operations, oversee a team of mobile mechanics, and train new employees/apprentices% x' q0 s1 Q+ R- j6 D+ m" D; ^% K3 k1 l
-Maintain a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an fast paced, dynamic environment7 Q. q5 v9 v' J8 b" Z0 v
-Become a Dyad vehicle expert, knowing them inside and out& `6 \% ^ R3 y8 [5 }% p1 e/ Z* z, v& `1 E
-Be an ambassador for the Dyad brand : @9 g) T. s9 V4 e: u- k+ i! d1 s-Carry out warehouse inventory management; g0 b; _( U+ d
-Ensure the maximum number of vehicles are working and on the road + o/ W4 d; `9 ~8 J-Carry out planned and on the spot inspections, maintenance, and repair work across Montreal 0 e1 a4 z* r+ n" S, R1 G- h+ {; U-Work independently in the field and travel 30-70% of the time within a set geographical area 8 e# l7 N9 ]+ ^/ g" v7 P-Follow all Dyad guidelines and maintain our quality standards: L) `2 J' w% I* G$ u0 }3 l

Requirements ! D# A5 q& e: j% k0 I8 w1 ^ W/ \( i* j
-Hold a valid (car) driver’s license _5 ^4 Y! o; k C0 w-English or French2 m) U* J& T2 q# `' J x' i. t: O
-Able to work a flexible schedule (including week-ends) # n& H& _- S, e-Mechanic certificate OR 1-3 year work experience as a mechanic (any industry welcome)1 Z) H" K6 Z2 L: D; Z
-Excellent communication (and listening) skills o z: ]& P# e+ Y
