We are looking for Production Coordinator(ON-SITE)

Role Summary

The Production Coordinator works veryclosely with the sales team or Buyer and design/ packaging team, to source newproducts, help to build the line with consideration of cost and quality.

The Production Coordinator works veryclosely with the oversea vendor, to follow up production detail A to Z andmonitor orders ship out on time in good quality.

The daily task

Respond to all emails in a timely manner.

Prepare quote sheets.

Work with Sales or Buyers for approvalssamples.

Issue purchase orders and monitor thestatus of all orders to ensure that all customer orders A to Z are processedeffectively and follow-ups are done in a timely manner.

Sort through, organize and send out samples.

Responsible for solving different problemsrelated to price, delivery and quality.

Requirements

Work experience 3-5 years in the fashionindustry.

Ability to foresee and troubleshootproblems.

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent communicate skills; communicateeffectively across teams and vendors.

Optimistic and motivated team player.

Well organized and detail oriented.

Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite,such as Outlook, Word, Excel.

Excellent written and spoken communicationin English, Mandarin is an asset.
