在蒙特利尔总部有主站渠道中心，用户体验中心，在中国广州有商品中心，平台渠道中心和研发中心。蒙特利尔和温哥华，分别有订单履约中心。公司已于 2021 年 8 月完成 A 轮风险投资。位于蒙特利尔西岛的履约中心也扩大到 250,000 平方英尺（是之前的 2.5 倍）。同时，引入智能仓储机器人拣货系统，突破瓶颈。

职位：活动运营专员

工作描述：

1.负责公司独立站渠道运营&活动计划，统筹规划线上推广工作，实现增长目标；

2.制定产品不同阶段的运营目标，负责整合内、外部资源，提升用户活跃度和转化率；

3.根据不同的渠道、用户群，策划针对性的活动，并跟踪效果；

4.紧跟市场动态，策划热点话题，增加用户粘性；

5.对推广效果负责，实现新增量、注册量、活跃度目标，通过对运营数据、用户行为数据等进行分析和挖掘，持续优化APP转化效果；

6.参与制定市场分析，提高产品的运营效果；

7. 完成上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，至少 1 年及以上电商经验，有APP产品运营经验优先

2.热爱互联网行业，有产品或项目从0-1的运营推广经验，熟悉APP主流平台推广合作模式，具备一定渠道资源；独立站运营推广经验的

3.善于思考，可根据用户群体策划精准推广方案；

4.有高度责任心，具备快速学习的能力，积极思考，抗压能力强

5. 英语听说读写流利，会普通话和法语者更佳

6.良好的沟通技巧，和团队合作能力

In Montreal, there is one orderfulfillment center and its own distribution network, one fulfillment center inVancouver, Canada, and one merchandise center in Guangzhou, China. The companyhas completed Round A venture capital investment in August, 2021. Thefulfillment center on the West Island of Montreal has also expanded to 250,000square feet (2.5 times the size of the previous one). Meanwhile, an intelligentwarehousing robotic order picking system is introduced to break through thebottleneck and to position Shopper+ in the front line.

Position: Event Operations Specialist

Job description:

1. Responsible for the Independent Website ChannelOperations and Event Planning, overall planning of online promotion work, andachieving growth goals;

2. Formulate the operation goals of different stagesof the product, be responsible for integrating internal and external resources,and improve user activity and conversion rate;

3. According to different channels and user groups,plan targeted activities and tracking;

4. Keep up with market trends, plan hot topics, andincrease new users;

5. Be responsible for the promotion effect, achievenew increments, registrations, and activity goals, and continuously optimizethe APP conversion effect by analyzing and mining operational data and userbehavior data;

6. Participate in the formulation of market analysisand improve the operation effect of products;

7. Complete other work arranged by the superior

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 yeare-commerce experience, experience in APP product operation is preferred

2. Love the Internet industry, have product or projectoperation and promotion experience from 0-1, familiar with APP mainstreamplatform promotion cooperation mode, and have certain channel resources; and IndependentWebsite Channel Operations and Event Planning experience;

3. Be good at thinking, can plan precise promotionplans according to user groups, and have successful cases of APP promotion andoperation are preferred;

4. Have a high sense of responsibility, have theability to learn quickly, think positively, and have strong ability towithstand pressure

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading andwriting, speaking Mandarin and French are preferred

6. Good communication skills, and good team player
