玉米油！
2010年6月！
这是我最后一次买产自米国的玉米油，因为有报道称米国的玉米几乎全部转基因了！
几年前，加拿大政府曾声称：会在食物上标示转基因。但经过1年的观察，我竟然一个也没有发现！
非常怀疑：加拿大政府已经向公司投降了！

请大家一起披露。
打垮转基因行业，打垮孟山都，我们能做的就是不买转基因食品！

转基因 is abbreviated as GMO(genetically modified organism) in English, or GE(genetically engineered).
The government of Canada has never been supportive of the effort of GMO labelling.
Frankly it is shameful.

There is good news for anti-genetically modified food advocates this week with the first company in Canada voluntarily choosing to feature a new GMO free certification. The Non-GMO Project labeling system will appear on Vancouver-based Nature’s Path Organics products, signaling that their products contain less than 1% genetically engineered organisms or derivatives.
The Non-GMO Project is a joint project of several natural and whole food retailers in both Canada and the USA, including Nature's Path and Whole Foods. The non-profit collaborative project of manufacturers, retailers, processors, distributors, farmers and seed companies offer “North America’s first consensus-based Standard, third-party Product Verification Program, and uniform Seal for products made following best practices of GMO avoidance”.
Canada’s road to GMO labeling has been somewhat tumultuous with various governments ignoring consumers agitating for clear labeling of genetically modified ingredients and foods. It will come as no surprise that America and Canada are the largest producers of genetically engineered crops in the world and their governments are some of the biggest opponents to genetically engineered food labeling systems. However, the European Union, Australia, Russian and Japan all require that genetically engineered foods are identified to consumers.

In Canada it is not mandatory to identify the method of production, including genetic modification, that was used to develop a food product. Nevertheless, voluntary method of production labelling is permitted, provided it is truthful and not misleading.
As with all foods, including foods derived through genetic modification, Health Canada requires special labelling to address health and safety issues which might be mitigated through labelling such as identifying the presence of an allergen. Labelling is also required to identify compositional or nutritional changes. In these situations, labelling is required to alert consumers or susceptible groups in the population at large.
加拿大政府目前还没有强制要求对转基因食品进行标注，但只要其产品说明是真实而无误导的，就允许并鼓励食品生产商进行自愿性的标签表述。当基因突变导致对部分消费者造成可能的健康与安全风险时，比如当引入某种已知的过敏原或对食品的构成或营养成分发生变化时，基因工程生产的食品应实行强制性标签要求。

阅读水果的PLU （价格标码）标签来分辨转基因食品和有机食品：
Conventionally-grown produce will carry a PLU sticker beginning with the numbers 3 or 4.
标签以数字3或4开头的，为常规种植作物。
A 4-digit number indicates the food was conventionally grown and may or may not be genetically modified.
4位数的标签都是常规种植水果，可能是，也可能不是转基因食品。
A 5-digit number beginning with an 8 is a genetically modified food. However, not all GM foods can be identified because PLU labeling is optional.
5位数以8开头的标签，均为转基因食品。但是并非所有转基因食品都做如此标识。
A 5-digit number beginning with a 9 indicates it is organic, and thus a non-GM food.
5位数以9开头的标签，是有机食品，不是转基因食品。

那个水果蔬菜的编号也是我想说的：我在美国和加那大，东岸和西岸的不少地方观察了大约两年了，没有发现一个8xxxx，这也是让我怀疑“公司收买了政府”的原因之一。

嗯，值得怀疑，这食用油上面是肯定没有任何标注的。

能不能不要动不动就号召大家抵制这个抵制那个的. 你觉得不好就不要买, 干什么要左右别人呢. 每个人都有自己选择的自由. 只要产品上都有明确的标识就好了.
再说你有科学根据证明转基因产品就一定不好吗? 我们每天都吃的大米啊, 猪肉啊, 不都是经过无数次杂交选出来的所谓优良品种吗. 这难道不也是一种转基因产品. 这年头想找真正绿色有机食品不容易.

我可没有说过转基因食品“不好”。就像楼上说的，好不好每个人有自己的判断。
自己去古歌一下孟山都，Monsanto，或者油管一下GMO，会有惊人的新发现！

我清楚地表明自己的态度：抵制。

再说你有科学根据证明转基因产品就一定不好吗? 我们每天都吃的大米啊, 猪肉啊, 不都是经过无数次杂交选出来的所谓优良品种吗. 这难道不也是一种转基因产品. 这年头想找真正绿色有机食品不容易.

转基因和杂交培育是两码事儿，先search一下搞搞清楚再做判断。

我们更关注一样食品的坏处，等到证明它一定不好时就晚啦！

支持一下楼主！即使不号召大家来抵制，也要号召大家去看看相关报道，然后根据你自己的判断去决定吃还是不吃转基因食品。

There IS difference between non-GMO food and GMO food.

According to the laboratory tests, the organic soya products(soya milk, tofu....) are mild alkaline food; however, those made from genetically modified soya beans are acid.

阿根廷的大豆，墨西哥的玉米，美国的棉花和玉米，已经几乎完全沦陷，墨西哥近年来为什么那么乱那么多贩毒偷渡，蒙山督摧毁了该国的农业功不可没。
中国的水稻正在沦陷中,,, ,,,

,感慨万分…震惊,气愤.当时就听说 Monsanto要与中国签合同了, 很担心. 现在看了XMANUP介绍http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEXFh...eature=related ,真高兴现在有更多的人了解大公司的真相了! 建议大家尽量买有机食品, 他们是不含转基因的.如果买的人多了, 价格自然会降下来!

偶不但买有机食品，还自己在院子里种有机食品，呵呵。大家多种些，种各种各样不同的品种，然后再互相交换
