回国两个月,车停在朋友家.现打不着火.并上朋友的电池仍打不着火,只听到"喀喀喀"的声音.昨找了一个稍懂行的朋友帮着检查,开始时现象如初,但后来连灯都不亮了,一点声音都没有.不知是何原因?另:有一次还接错了电池的极性,电池出现打火和冒烟,不知会不会烧了电路的元件?请高手指点!

去CAA certified的车行查了一下，电池没有通过检测，虽然是绿的，但是不能保持电平。所以他们建议既然电池的test fail了，干脆先换电池，再看看毛病有没有解决，如果有的话，再看starter的问题。不过自从换了电池以后，到目前为止还一次故障都没有发生过，现在就等着下雨再看了。

I asked the same question to Phile bailey. Based on the manufactuer and the year of the car and all the appearence, he said he's "almost certain that I need a new starter". So I'll change it. almost 10years, it's about time anyway.

如果听到继电器的声音，并且启动机时好时坏，有可能时启动机的碳刷有问题了。

而且，有这种情况时，往往是炭刷不巧停在磁隙间，用把小锤子或螺丝刀轻轻敲一下启动电机很容易就着了，为不麻烦换启动电机也可以。

It seems the humid weahther is the biggest problem. Whenever it rains, my car has problem to start.

Yesterday, it happens every time when I start the car. Every time there is just a 'click' from some where. But there is one time the start begins to roll but after 2 2nds it stopped, like no battery. Keep trying several times, it starts.

你的启动继电器没有被送电，可能的原因是：1、触点接触不良（大约有3个触点可以引发此故障）    2、报警器工作不稳定（由于某种原因，未接通点火电源）   3、电路有虚连现象（一般是锈蚀或机械磨损造成）主观臆断，仅供参考。
