我已经申请到MASTERCARD，我不知道信用卡一般用多长时间才能贷款买车，买房？

You could borrow money as soon as you have the card, the amount is according to your credit limit on that card. but it is not a good idea to borrow money from credit card to purchase car and house, usually the interest rate are very high, 18% or more.
