不想唤起热心人的伤心往事，只求相告办手续的具体过程。在加国，需要准备那些证件，求何处得何表格填写，在何处办理。需时几何？如果俩人均在加国，可否委托大陆国内友人代办？请详告具体事宜。入籍后，手续有何变化？是否应争取以移民身份离婚？

if both of you are now in Canada. you need not to get your formal divorce certificate. if you want to get married later then you MAY need a divorce prove, on thing though is that there are about 60% Quebecors they have common law relationship no marriage certification is required and the gouvernment considers this relation as formal one.

another way (may not legal though) is that you get a divorce cetificate in China by some specail channel, then you fill the form by yourself.
