about surgery fee??? help

Does anyone know if the Quebec medi-card cover the
2 X  \" h9 h5 A# L8 s" Lsmall eye surgery fee?( not laser eye operation for near sight), If not covered, does anyone know if the surgery fee is very expensive here?$ O# x4 G/ O9 ~4 S' y

My friend took the surgey to remove something in mouth. It is free. Only for your reference.
