2) Certified true copy of all the pages of
: m9 P/ _# [6 z  any passport or travel document sponsor
   has used to travel to China.
3) Notarized photocopy of spnsor's complete
; ^3 H) ?: N9 ~) Y7 n$ C0 f   passport. All entries and stampls should
+ v& Q, g2 x# k8 Z( n$ o& ]+ L   be legible.

1 O8 t3 U0 F. @1 g, [7 D   By which agency can these legal(?) be
' P1 p/ O. j. P$ z1 Zobtained? Or just provide the photocopy
of them?

Just go directly to any notary office, have all your documents stamped. You'd better call them and ask the price, but there would be a big difference.

Find a Chinese newspaper and call those immigration agents an ask them if they can do it. Most of them can do it.
