我一个朋友想读CONCORDIA的本科，听说没有托付也能申请是吧，只不过进去要考它的英语考试，大家知道难过吗？是这样?

maybe tough because many people got high 托福marks but got low score in 它的英语考试 and some people truely didn't pass the exam.maybe easy  because many people got low 托福 marks or no 托福 but got almost the same score in 它的英语考试 as the people with high level of 托福 and pass it.
It's different betweem the two exams.
