请问各位大侠Concordia在TAV的计算机diploma与它本身九月份的diploma有什么不同？
有机会转成master吗?

Neither "Concordia在TAV的计算机diploma" nor "它本身九月份的diploma" can "转成master" directly.

Graduates of the Diploma program will obtain qualifications similar to those of graduates of the Bachelor/baccalaureate of Computer Science program.

same as BCS? right?

Upon completion of the Diploma, those with superior academic records who wish to pursue their studies may apply for admission to a 45 credit Master's Program in Computer Science.
