我拿到通知书后立刻着手办理进入魁省的学生许可(CAQ), 但总觉得不太明白,我是应该再拿到CAQ后才向使馆递签证吗?我怎样才知道我是否得到CAQ了呢?这个大约要审理多长时间呢?我真的是一头雾水,请过来人给之点一下!谢谢您的帮助!!  :confused:

When you submit your visa application, you need to also apply for CAQ. Once your CAQ is appoved, it will be directly sent to embassy and at the time, you will also get a notice that your CAQ is approved.
In case of you are here, bring with your addmission letter and go to immigration office here.
