是不是在魁省连续居住12个月以上，或新移民在魁省连续居住3个月以上且在外省居住不超过3个月。都被认为是魁省居民，读书可申请Bursary。由于蒙城只有2所英文大学，竞争激烈，很难入学。那麽符和 以上条件的人，如到外省读大学，但保留所租的房子，把家人也留在蒙城，这样可申请Bursary吗？如可行，申请外省的普通大学比较容易被录取，且专业选择面也广。如可以，应到魁省哪个政府部门申请?

我目前正在申请美国的MBA课程. 请问我拿到移民纸后,可以申请去美国读书吗?是否可以加拿大/魁北克政府申请贷款? 即加政府是否支持到美读书?

我也很想知道这个问题的答案。难道你们人在魁省，不能直接去有关部门问吗？AFE的规定，如果外省读MASTER以上，都可以L+B。 甚至外国的。难道是乱说的？

我人还在BC呢。现在觉得救为了L+B来QUEBEC实在不值得。来了，法语没学好。英语也忘了。天又冷。MCGILL其实没什么好，从它的WEBSITE制作可以看出。从她的申请材料的劣制纸张可以看出。的确衰弱了。

其实占这么点便宜没什么意思。书读完了，找了工作，就势要还贷款，也很快。申请MCGILL都在WAITINGLIST上，都是中国人搞得。其实还是安省得学校最好。

it really is a big headache to decide whether or not to pay for a better education outside quebec. i have checked with the student financial assistance and i am sure we can get loans from quebec and from the central government. but it seems not promising or realistic to get any bussary. i wonder if there is anyone succeeded in getting bussaries studying outside of quebec as a single quebec resident. would be most grateful for any information. thanks!

同志呵！我今天也是被告知申请MCGILL的MASTER被防在WAITING LIST 上，也是说9月可能没希望他说等9月初开学才知道有无SPACE，现打算申请其他省，不知能否拿L+B？不知可不可先旁听？

本来申请一个MCGILL的MASTER，现在被放在WAITINGLIST上。而且今年秋天好象没希望了。所以想到外省读书。问题是，我在MONTREAL住三个月后，马上就到外省读书，也能拿到L+B？

hi, there,
i landed in montreal in march this year and have got two offers respectively from mcgill and western ontario for mba study. the advantages for an ivey mba is obvious, but the cost is really something. i heard that it's possible for a single quebec resident to get a loan for the study outside of quebec, but not at all for bursary. so i wonder if there is anyone who succeeded in such an application or has any good suggestions to offer? i would be most delighted and grateful to get your assistance. thank you in advance. by the way, i am also seeking for information regarding moving, housing and living there in london, western ontario.

I learned from AFE webside that all public postsecondary institutions are eligible for the loar and bursary. so undergraduated studies in these institutions can received them?
