The temperature in my apartment is very low, about 17C in the night, sometime 16C. I have a two years old baby. I called the landlord to raise the temperature, he refused to raise to temperature. So I sent a registered letter 4 days, he refused ti accept the letter, and returned back to me. So today, I went to his house, hand to the landlord myself, he aslo refused to accept the letter. I have a witness to prove.

What's best to beat the landlord? thanks in advance.

You should also call the police to get a proof.
