本人偶然学会VCD制作。将数百张数码照片成SVCD节目，可在任何DVD机和电脑上播放。照片以幻灯的形式更换每张停留5秒，节目配有自己喜爱的音乐。我还将在加拿大摄的录像也制成VCD，带回中国给家人欣赏，以解决国内录像带制式不统一和录像机被淘汰的问题。

有感兴趣的朋友，本人愿提供咨询或带为制作。

bluepoint, 据我所知SVCD在DVD上播放可能有兼容性问题，这主要在SVCD还是一种非标准格式，不是所有的厂商都支持它。

用数码照片做VCD，Adobe Premiere, Ulead Media Studio, Ulead Video Studio等软件都可以进行编辑。国内有些个人主页上有少量的免费的模板下载（用于Adobe Premiere), 大家可以参考学习。

当大家用上述软件完成编辑之后，就可以生成.avi. 之后，用一些软件将.avi文件转换成制作VCD所用的MPEG1文件。最后，用Video Pack, WinONCD 或 Nero 该录成VCD。

这个过程就是非专业人制作VCD常用过程。 由于非专业人员所用的设备的局限性，所以其生成的VCD画质通常都很一般（有马赛克现象）。

Anyone knows which MPEG1/MPEG2 encoder is the best in quality?
I have tried several including TMPGENC & Cleaner5. They are good
but all have blurred mosaic areas, and when changing from scene
to scene the compressing quality is different. I want an encoder with mild and minimum noise in the picture.
Anyone has the similar experience?

all you need is roxio cd creater5, a digital camera or a scanner, a cd bunner.
having all those, even a foul can figure out how to do it. provide consulting on this? what a joke!
