After using bell high speed, there are some strange things happened in my computer:when I start somputer each time, there is a program turns one of my word file into email and launch outlook express. these emails went into all program folders everywhere. its horrible! I deleted outlook, but it's useless. Pls help me! thanks a lot.

排除病毒的原因之外，还可能是SYMPATICO的拨号软件的问题，我就曾经遇到过这种情况。
其实SYMPATICO 用的拨号软件就是ENTERNET。
我现在用的是自己从网上下的1.5C版本用起来不错，（已支持xp）。
其实还有其它很多种拨号软件的。例如：WinPoet 4.0 ,RasPPPoE等等。
你可以一个一个试试。如果不成，再留言！

use "search" to see whether there exists readme.exe(not .txt) files,delete them all.
use "rising" to scan and kill the virus.
go to the website of www.rising.com,upgrade your os as directed.
always use antivirus software to check your pc
