1.fry green onion, regular onion,garlic, tomato(all in small piece) in the pan
2.put 1-2 tin tuna fish in the pan
3.if you have salty fish you can add them together
4.add spinach
5.add salt
5.coke until juicy add 2 eggs and turn off the oven right way and keep the pan on the oven until the eggs is done.
it good to be served with rice or make sandwich or any bread.even noodle
Canned Tuna/Salmon roll:
- pack of Puff pastry/dinner roll/croissant/whatever (Frozen section in all supermarket)
- Defrost and/or roll out dough according to package instruction.
- mix mayonnase or whatever(lemon juice/oil/scallion/breadcrumbs/etc.) into canned fish and put inside the dough u have.
- seal dough and back accoording to package instruction.
Basic concept just like making Tuna/Salmon sandwich but with different "starch". Nice day!
