想把钱带出来，想用卡，不知是中国银行还是其他什么银行的卡好用？各问前辈怎么做的？

a lot of people bring the money in cash with hand.but it's very very danger.

if you mail the money, will cost you 4%.

you may open a Greatwall card with bank of china. There is a annual fee like 25us$, I don't know they still charge it now. And you need deposit 2000us$ for 2 year, as "dan bao". After that you, put any amount of money into it as you want. The problem is the money in the card you must use it when you do shoping, you can't get it in cash in canada. if you want to get it in cash, you still need to pay 4%.

you better apply visa.
