我来乱弹琴一下，希望能引出块玉来。还是去年上的一门最基本的介绍有关会计方面的课。好象是要是公司破产的话，一个是私人财产受保护，另一个是不受保护，直到还债还的你只剩个裤衩为止，这就是UNLIMITED. 哪位专家，我说的对吗？:p
