There are some ESL courses in B's Univ,but if you want to select the course, you have to take a test before registration. if you have not pass the exam, you can only take the continue education courses.these are part time courses. In addition, there are some colleges in sherbrooke, you can choose one of them.

你不是不能去了吗？你的申请材料寄出了吗？你说有没有可能12月直接去找学校要求录取啊。我的材料已经寄出了。可我的一个朋友正在等签证。她还不能入学呢。也不知道那里有没有ESL或是其它的学校啊。
