I knew ur problem in the other post, the following is what I suggest:
1. Dial to them when you r free. It's better to ask the agent to transfer to the manager. Then,blame their faults that troubling u.Emphasized that u've moved, show ur confirmation NO. of concelling service. Ask for returning the fee u r charged unfairly. Last, ask them to give u a solution, the confirmation NO, the agent's name, ID.
2. Dial again after some days, to agent and to the technology support to make sure the service has been cancelled,don't forget to get their ID.
3. Send e-mail to bell, repeat what u said in the phone and what troubled u due to their service, ask for compensation。
