我個人從事經紀地產在蒙特力亞.

美國的房價基本上不太影響到加拿大地區
而且就算現在美國房價有往下的趨勢,還是刺激了許多外來客的青睞
所以,房價雖低,買賣的次數還是居高不下喔
而美國房價不會影響到加拿大也是因為美國的次級房貸與這裡的房貸是沒有太大關聯
最後,如果真的有考慮想賣房,這三年內都還是賣方市場
之後,房價就會開始下降,可是價格不會一次降太多的

我都跟所有的買方與賣方說"機會就在這,能抓住的就是自己而已"

所以,希望你也能賺錢喔!!!

买方根本没有多少讲价余地。稍微好一点的房子都是被“抢”走的。即使不那么完美的房子也很难讲价。我前天又去西岛看了一套房子，要价32.5万，让经纪帮我下个31万的offer，卖方提出最多只让1000元。行就行，不行拉倒。这个房子已经在市场上3个月了，已经拒绝无数offer了，还这么坚挺，确实没想到。

有谁知道metro radisson附近 les cours la fontaine的房子怎么样，好像是新建的town house,不知道那个区怎么样，学校如何，有点想买，请各位朋友给点建议。多些！

Good location. Close to big shopping mall, lots of parks, 100 meters away from metro Radisson....

It is a French area and the public school there is not good. That's the only disadvantage. However, you can send your kids to private French schools in Anjou.

Actually, there are only three places on the green line meeting the following conditions ( Metro Angrignon, Metro Radison, Parc Angus)

1) close to shopping center
2) close to metro
3) new houses (less than 10 years)
4) new facilities

谢谢tracy的回复，房子和地点我还满意，只是我的小孩快三岁了，所以要考虑学校，你说的anjou的私立学校是小学还是中学？在什么位置？谢谢回答。
