2月份开始找房子，3月份开始下offer，一共下了4offer，竟然一个都没有拿到。
第一个在西岛，叫价30.99万，下了个29万offer，人家回了个30.5万，觉得不值，没有跟。一个星期后想再去试试，房子已卖掉。
第二个还是在西岛，叫价32.49万，还是下了个29万，结果立马被枪毙，人家理都不理我，连谈判的机会都不给。
感觉西岛不行了，转投南岸，看中一个叫价26.8万的，全家人都喜欢，决定拿下。吸取前两个的教训，直接下了个26.5万的offer，心里盘算着非我莫属了。没想到还是被拒了。据说有人下了个26.8万，而且不要贷款的firm offer。
昨天在St-Laurent又看中一个房，要价37.9万，贵是贵点，但房子比较新，又是一个好区Bois Franc，狠狠心下了个35万的offer，苦等了一天，人家问我37万2愿不愿意接受，如果接受就回个37.2万的counter offer，否则就不回了。35万已是我的承受上限了。只好作罢。

唉！蒙城广厦万万千，就是没有我那间？

为什么不自已试一试，粉刷并不是技术性很强的活，很多老外都是自己动手，我们在国内习惯请人，

决定在岛上买，喜欢风景好的地点，但是这样的地点房子不够好；房子很好，尺寸大的地方，环境又不太好。您觉得，对于居住来说，住房条件放在第一，还是周边环境放在第一？我已经迷失了方向，因为能够
