最近办买房贷款的朋友聊聊,我最近拿到的利率是 5年 FULLY OPEN P-.75 RBC的

I got a Line of Credit at 80% of the house price.  P-0.60 plus $1000 cash.

The line of credit is fully open for life time when you keep own the house, only need to pay interest every month, can pay off or increase borrow any time. can transfer to any type motgage if you like.

Could you please let me know which branch of RBC you work with?

that is fully open variable rate

which enable you to pay any sum you want at anytime without any penalty.

Look at bayview

Toronto 's real estate is quite different from that in Montreal. More robust and dynamic. Do you happen to know the  Bayview area between  yonge and leslie? That happened a lot! Even the condo in downtown gained that much value in 12 month. The way builders sell is alos quite different, they allow buyers to flip flop ,you can sell your condo before closing,so you can make a profit with government knowing it.

oh im impressed the value of the house could increase by 50% within a year.... isnt toronto a mine of gold?

which bank is that? the thing is last years prime rate was hitting records so it doesnt save him a lot of money even -1%

I talked to one of my friend in Toronto, last year he got a rate of p-1, fully open, that is crazy!
