回国时托运行李被航空公司弄丢。请问如何解决？国航和中航有没限最高赔偿额？约各是多少？请高人指点。多谢！

Usually max compensation is $400 without declaration. If you declare something important before boarding, you can ask 1000 SDR. (equal to $1500) according to montreal convention.
