I recently got a ticket, becuase of speeding. I was going down into the tunnel (a down hill) and changing lane at the same time. So I went over the speed limit, I lost 6 point and got a fine of 488$. But the police said it was 40 km more. I was driving 94km according to her and the limit was 50. But I like to protest against this fine, I don't really mind the money part but the points are important for me, since I'm on probationary liscence. Does anyone have any knowledge on what's going to happen to my liscence and if I could actually protest to argue that I went over the limit but not 40km more, because we have a 10km moreorless policy!!!!
Help from the experienced please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to plea not guilty, I just want to state that I should get a ticket of speeding, not the double the dermit points I should get. Because I can argue that I if someone driving 60 will be overlooked, why can they make it a normal speeding fine!!
This argument is useless. You may not think about is any more.

The speed limit is 50, it means you can drive at less than 60, it's ok, no problem.
But if you drive at 94, it means you exceed the limit by 44, you won't have a chance to argue with that.
