情况如下；

朋友的公司报销一个手机账单，所以手机是under公司名的（本来是私人的转去business了）。现在公司bankrupted了。还欠了电话费。rogers 现在就找上朋友了（有她开机时的个人资料和地址）。要求她交钱不说，因为2个月前upgrade了手机，又签3年约。本来想交钱了事，不然每天被追。但是约是business的，每个月最少90，现在都失业了，根本负担不了了还不能降低plan标准。想把手机退了又超过一个月。挺无助的想问问，这个手机钱应该她负吗？ 本来就失业了，第一次工作不到半年，没有ei，工资还差2星期没给，现在又有个
rogers又来追。真是初出茅庐就挫折连连。

哪位可以提供些信息，不胜感激！

如果账单已经转到公司名下，而个人又没有提供担保的情况下，当然个人是不用付账的。
