开店的buinsess tax and property tax

各位开店的前辈，我最近看中一个店。房租2200元一个月，该店在一个triplex 的一楼，房东也是该店的店主，他说我需要每年缴纳business tax, 除此以外，我还要付1/3 的property tax。请问：这1/3 的property tax合理吗？谢谢！

正常。只是说房租有一部分用于付TAX.　其实还是房租。
你开店不用怕TPS/TVQ.　因为卖的产品不还收税吗。相抵了。

你必须付，或者房东会算在房租内。和business tax是两回事。business tax是你经营的税。商业门面的property tax 中有一部分commercial tax 是要承租人付的，但有的房东会计算在房租内。你可以去交地税的地方查询或www. ville de montreal

你交property tax不是必需的,因你不是property 拥有者.business tax 该交,你是商业的拥有者!

You should pay it, which is one of municipal tax. but not exact one third, you can go to government website, and calculate it automatically. I had triplex before. My municipal tax is nearly is $2900. The person who rents the business space will pay $ 450 . you can go to government office or website for more information.
