The first time I started to use lawyers was in December 1995 when a terrible accident happened to my late wife. It was the first time I was using a lawyer in my whole life, and I believed that a lawyer would try the best to protect his clients’ rights according to the law and justice, and I totally trusted him without any question since he was working for me.

But ten years later, I must admit my experience has been devastating: these lawyers abused my trust, destroyed my business and my personal life, brought my family and myself into a nightmare, I got ill with a mental depression and survived side-effects from western depression medical treatment … It taught to me a great lesson...

i've read your story at least three or four times, at different places and in different times. i'm so touched by your story, and i'm so shocked to learn the 'true face' of this country's seemingly faire system of justice, and, most importantly, i despise these blood-sucking lawyers. finally, i'm really relaxed to find u are so strong that u become to help people in need with your extraordinary experience and your hard earned legal knowledge. your words are appreciated in this site through your acts, and you are the model of our chinese immigrants.

there are always some chinese people who only care about their own backyard, and divert people's attention by self-praising and devauling others in this way or other way, like two guys in this column.

don't speak to them, for they are not deserved. i despise these people, means and lacking understanding and fraternity.....

justice must be done. i don't care in this earthly world or in the heaven.

thanks u for telling us your personal story, and feel sorry for...

我没有时间很好的看完，也没有这方面太多的体会，但是就凭我个人与律师打交道的那一点点经验，我已经深切的明白，如果有一天，你的生活中有重大事件要依赖律师的话你就完了。在堂堂正正的法制社会中，不知道你知不知道，存在着不少专业偷儿。

Jacob L. Rothman—March 2003 …

Jacob L. Rothman was introduced by Me Frank who was appointed by Legal Aid to help me analyzing my legal injustice difficulties. Me Frankle advice that I should claim from Quebec Bar insurance for some lawyers who negligently with my legal issues; since Mr. Frank his firm is representing for Bank of Montreal, and he recommended Rothman to represent a case to against Bank of Montreal for my damages.

With his malpractice, it was a great suitable case, that he made my it even unsuitable since he didn't put my personal name in the lawsuit, the only plaintif appeal on the lawsuit was my company, that the company never continued since year 2001...

我知道我的英语是相当差劲，因为我的英语完全是为了生存而自学的，之所以用英语
是因为这些已经成文并由当地人在文字上为我作了修改，而我希望透过此文得到他
人的支持声援的同时，亦可令他人得到警戒而免道覆辙。要是在其他场合，我从不
计较他人说我的英语是如何差劲，相反我会请求为我修正。

然而这是我的申诉，如果哪位人士认为由于文理不通影响了申诉的效果，为此文重
新修正，我一定非常感激，亦相信他人亦可透过此文多少获得一些借鉴而避免重复
不必要的弯路。不支持我的申诉没有关系，无须在此文说一些无关痛痒的话题而减弱了
主题应有的效果。

errors and mistakes are not big deal.
you don't need to jump over the roof when somebody correct your mistakes.
you overacted. without a good reason.
was previous poster showing off? maybe, maybe not.
either way, i don't see why you feel so offended.
neither i see the relation between his post and the misery of chinese people as a whole.
is this good place to correct you? absolutely.
you live and learn, next time your post will have 3 less errors.
