求助:头疼失眠厉害怎么办

近一段时间,因心里压力大,每晚1.2点还睡不着.整天头疼得厉害,象灌了铅一样.上课也听不进东西.请大家帮帮我.我不能这样,因为我还有孩子需要照顾.

The class is not very important. You kids is more important.

很严重的话, 建议你去看医生. 别给自己太大压力, 不管怎么样, 生活都要继续, 放轻松一些.
