请各位前辈指点迷津，小女子在蒙城连续呆了快三年了，现正在准备填写入籍申请表格，其中两处不太清楚，guide上讲的也不太明白，现请教：
6E Addresses in the last 4 years:
     list all of your addresses in Canada and foreign addresses in the last 4 years......
6F work and education history in the last 4 years
      list your work and education( inside and outside Canada)  in the last 4 years......
我需要把往前数第四年在中国的地址和工作学习情况也填上吗？问了周围的朋友，看法不一，请高人指点，谢谢！
