请教各位大侠两个问题：
雇主突然把我从full-time转成part-time，我不接受，是否雇主应该给我开lay-off（ROE)单子去申请EI还是算我自动离职？

雇主在雇佣期间少算我小时数，对我的失业金和养老保险的影响是什么？

Since it is due to a shortage of work, it is possible to discuss with your employer to get a ROE. I strongly advise you to call Service of Canada for such a case.  According to my experience, it works.

However, if your employer gives you a ROE, he is not allowed to hire a person to fit this position for a while.

Secondly, if your employer reduced your working hours, you would get a lower EI.
