不光我自己受害，周围的一些朋友也一样。我们在这里太不容易了，做个小生意辛辛苦苦好不容易买个房子遇上这钟烂房客还的被他们欺负。他们可以不交房租，可以不尊守租约，可以赖皮，我们又没有时间对付他们，怎么办？我的房客一个单身女人自己住五半，政府每个月光房租就给她补助600多，她自己只80多还不好好交，其实她的生活是非常奢侈的，用的都是高挡家具，出门经常是出租车，这里难道就没有监管他们的部门吗？

我们已经去过一次给他钱的这个部门，负责人只是说她自己住这个5半确实太大，已经放在waiting list里面等待调整，但是没有给我们承诺时间。不知道如果我们接下来再写信能不能奏效。

实在头疼。。。
